COVID-19 has changed the way many businesses operate, and ours is no different. During the Washington state shutdown we are still taking on new appraisal clients, but because we cannot meet in person we are finding new ways to get necessary information to complete appraisal assignments. Currently we are conducting virtual appraisals using photographs and information provided by our clients. We are doing this in accordance with guidelines and recommendations established by the International Society of Appraisers.
